The Answers

If you answered mostly A’s, you may be a good candidate for traditional braces. Clear braces, comprised of brackets, wires, and rubber bands, will exert pressure on your teeth to gradually shift them into new and healthier positions. Traditional braces can correct cosmetic concerns, as well as the most severe forms of malocclusion.

If you answered mostly B’s, you may be a good candidate for Invisalign®. This treatment can straighten your smile using clear, custom-made aligner trays. They can be a great option to address a crooked smile. However, they are not typically a good way to correct more dramatic malocclusion. Discreet Invisalign® treatment typically takes about the same amount of time as traditional orthodontic care.

If you answered mostly C’s, you may be a good candidate for Straight Teeth in Six MonthsSM. Dr. Georgaklis’ proudly offers this patented treatment, developed in collaboration with his brother Clifton. This treatment, which has been featured in Dentistry Today, can straighten your teeth using tooth-colored brackets and wires. Not only does it focus on cosmetic enhancements; bite changes are done simultaneously. The treatment takes half a year or less.

If you answered mostly D’s, you may be a good candidate for porcelain veneers or bonding. If you only have some crooked teeth, and they do not affect the balance of your bite, Dr. Georgaklis may recommend one of these cosmetic treatments. Both composite and porcelain veneers can reshape your teeth and close small gaps in your smile. The entire process will take place within two weeks.
